FRIEND OR FOE?

This man played the friend, at times
He would encourage and speak of God's Love
but when the times became tough
and the Cross difficult to bear
instead of showing compassion
he betrayed
as all the others

An apostle, called by God
most certainly
but a friend of God
and His true people
still to come . . .
